Cowden beat Pars AGAIN!!!!!!!

On Thursday 20th November men from both Cowdenbeath FC and Dunfermline Athletic who have taken part in past and recent Football Fans in Training programmes, played a friendly 7 a side match at a neutral venue (Lochgelly High School Community Use new astro turf).
On this very foggy Thursday night, in a game that was end to end with action, many players making blocks (one in particular with the face), Cowden FFIT came out victorious winning by a margin of 2 goals.
The Cowden team: Ian Stewart, Mark Hood, Thomas Gribbin, Derek Neilson, Gary Hood, Jamie Hannon, Alex Kerr, Stephen Ross and Joseph Fowkes.
A 'revenge' match is on the cards and will be arranged very shortly.
The Football Fans in Training programme is a fantastic and relax programme for men aged 35+ and with a waist size of 38 inches or more, which help them to learn about diet and nutrition, healthy life choices and take part in gentle physical exercise, in the aid to lose some weight. Programmes are run by club coaches, Cowdenbeath FC's is run by coaches Dean Ewing and Chris Maxwell.
