Its week four in the Championship on Saturday and we welcome Fife neighbours Raith Rovers to Central Park for the first derby match of the season with a 3 p.m. kick off.

Both sides suffered defeats in the League Cup on Tuesday night, we of course suffered the heartbreak of losing in a penalty shoot- out at the Falkirk Stadium while the Rovers went down to a 4-0 defeat from Premiership side Dundee at Dens Park.

Kenny Adamson and John Armstrong are injury doubts while Craig Sutherland and Sammy Stewart are also side lined.

New signing Kudus Oyenuga will make his home debut after appearing in the mid-week cup game.

COWDEN FORM

The last week has seen two defeats against Alloa last Saturday (0-3) and the 4-3 penalty shoot -out loss at Falkirk after we held the Bairns to a 0-0 draw after 120 minutes.
 

ROVERS FORM

Raith have won two out of three games in the Championship with a 3-1 home win over Dumbarton which was followed by a 1-0 win at Alloa.

However last Saturday the lost 4-0 at home to league leaders Hearts.
