FFIT Tournament

As part of its Community programme and in Partnership with the SPFL Trust, Cowdenbeath FC are currently running a Football Fans in Training programme. This highly successful programme is open to men aged 35 - 65 and with a waist size over 38" The Programme delivers Healthy Living advice and information as well as a exercise programme over the 12 week programme.

The Cowdenbeath FC Group under the guidance of Coach Dean Ewing and Cowden Player Aron Lynas have been working hard and were recently invited to take part in a Football tournament held at the Falkirk Stadium with other FFiT Teams from across Scotland.

For some of the group, it was the first football played in some years but the Team acquitted themselves well and it is hoped further challenge games can be arranged.
