Following the first teams win over league leaders Dundee on Saturday both our under 19 and reserve sides have also recorded wins over the last few days.
On Sunday aftenoon Derek Nicholson's under 19 side had a 1-0 win over East Fife at Kettle Park in Kingskettle to maintain their 100% record in their League Cup group with Declan Byrne getting the only goal of the afternoon.
On Monday night Derek and Craig Wight were in the charge of the reserves who also had a 2-1 derby win over Raith Rovers at Central Park in their opening League Cup game.
Sub Ethan Anderson had headed us into the lead before a trialist got an equaliser for the Rovers but a well hit 25 yard free kick from Kyle Miller gave us the points.
On Sunday the 19s have a home game with group leaders Arbroath at Dunfermline High School while the reserves will play East Stirlingshire away from home. Kick off for the 19s game is still to be confirmed as is the date and venue of the game for the Shire. Details will be posted on the site as soon as we have them!
