COWDENBEATH 0 DUNDEE 2
Goals in each half saw John Brown's pre-season Championship title favourites pick up their first away win of the season as we slumped to our third successive defeat which leaves us in ninth place just a point ahead of bottom side Morton.
In what was an even first half the Dees took the lead nine minutes from the break when we lost possession in the middle of the park and the ball ended up at the feet of former Scotland Internationalist Craig Beattie 35 yards out who saw Thomas Flynn off his line and he cleverly chipped the ball over the Cowden keeper.
The visitors enjoyed the better of the second half but it wasn't until ten minutes from time that they secured the three points when Ryan Conroy slotted the ball home from ten yards.
Next up for Colin Cameron's side is a trip to Palmerston Park next Saturday to face Queen of the South.
