New Arrival - Liam Caddis

Colin Cameron today completed his first signing of the January transfer window securing the services of 19 year old midfielder Liam Caddis on an initial one month loan deal from Clydesdale Bank SPL side St Johnstone.

Highly rated by the Perth side Irvine born Liam came through the Saints youth ranks and turned full time in the summer of 2009.

So far Liam has made 1 (+6 sub) appearances for the Saints, the last of which was against us in the William Hill Scottish Cup last month when he replaced Steven McLean for the closing 12 minutes in Saints 3-0 win. 

A regular in St Johnstone’s under 20 side, he has scored six times for the Saints youngsters so far this season including a hat trick against Dundee United.

Last season Liam spent the second half of the campaign on loan to Arbroath where he scored 3 times in 11 (+11 sub) games as the Red Lichites were beaten to the Second Division title by us.
