MATCH PREVIEW – LIVINGSTON

For our final home game of what has been an eventful year we welcome Gareth Evans and his Livingston side to Central Park on Saturday with the usual 3 p.m. kick off.
Back in October we fought out a 1-1 draw at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium.
After John Armstrong had been sent off early in the second half Keaghan Jacobs opened the scoring for the home side before Lewis Milne grabbed a dramatic injury time equaliser.

After losing to St Johnstone in the William Hill Scottish Cup on Monday night to coin the old clique we can now concentrate on consolidating our First Division place.

MATCH SPONSORS
We once again welcome MORGANS SOLICITORS & EASTATE AGENTS, 33 EAST PORT, DUNFERMLINE, as our match sponsors and hope that they enjoy their day with us and thank them for their continued support.

COWDEN FORM
We have now gone ten games without a win in the Irn Bru First Division during which time we have had 4 draws and six defeats.
Our home league record this season so far is
Played 7, Won 1, Drawn 3, Lost 3, Goals For 10, Goals Against 15, Points 6.

LIVINGSTON FORM
Livingston are currently on a good run of form which has seen them lose only once in their last eight league games and that was away to league leaders Partick Thistle last month.
Livi were idle last Saturday after their scheduled game at Dumbarton was postponed due to the weather but in their last outing a fortnight ago they beat second place Dunfermline Athletic 2-1 at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium.
Livingston’s away league record this season so far is
Played 7, Won 3, Drawn 2, Lost 2, Goals For 9, Goals Against 11, Points 11.

PLAYER TO WATCH
Twenty year old Marc McNulty, a product of the Livingston youth system, is top scorer this season with 9 league and cup goals so far this season.

Taking charge of the match is William Collum who will be assisted Stuart Hodge and Thomas Shaw.
