19s duo out on loan

Under 19s duo Jack Nicholson (pictured) and Michael Fleming have both joined local Fife junior sides on loan until the end of the season.

Jack Nicholson will join team mate Dene Droudge at Central Division league leaders Dundonald Bluebell and goes straight into the squad for Saturday's East of Scotland Cup match against Camelon. Nicholson has been a regular scorer for the club this season with 17 goals in 22 appearances for the under 19s and two goals in five for the reserves.

Right-back Michael Fleming has joined East Premier side Ballingry Rovers, who are managed by former Cowden boss Dave Baikie, and could feature against Fauldhouse United on Saturday. Michael, who will be familiar to Ballingry fans after making a number of appearances for the club in pre-season friendlies, joins team mate Dan Hall at Ore Park.

With the under 19s season close to a finish, the move will allow the duo to test themselves in junior football as part of their development programme.
