Where were you brought up?
I was born in Edinburgh and brought up in Lochend.
How did you get your start in Football?
I first played in school and then for Lochend Boys Club. I played for one year with Hutcheson Vale before joining Tynecastle Boys Club.
Which team did you support?
Although I was signed by Hearts I was always a Hibbee!
Have you always been a striker?
Always, I love to score goals.
How did you rate the coaching in the Cowden Youth sides?
Very Good. Stevie McLeish and Davy Liddle were first class.
How has Mixu developed your game?
I've improved a lot under the new gaffer. He is very professional and demands a high tempo.
What are the aspects of your game you most need to work on?
My first touch and holding up play.
What's the best goal you've scored for Cowden?
Against Berwick in the Second Division when I came off the bench to score. Also against Celtic in the Youth Cup at Central Park.
You are among the top scorers in the Third Division. Can you win it?
I'm sure I can win best scorer. I'm only two behind.
What are our chances of winning the title?
I think we have the confidence and are scoring goals. Yes, we can win it.
Who in the squad has got the best sense of humour?
Me, cheeky Innes and Mark Baxter.
What are your personal ambitions in the game?
To go full time eventually with a big club..
How important are the supporters to the players?
Very important - they pay good money. We all show our respect for the Cowden supporters.
