    Where were you brought up?

I was born in Paris on 15 March 1983. My parents came from the Ivory Coast.

What clubs did you play for in France?

Nantes for 5 years. I played one season in defence and then moved to a striker position.

    What brought you to Scotland?

After playing for Cambridge United, Northampton and Wrexham, my agent found me a place at Partick Thistle for one year last season.

What do you think of the standard of football in Scotland?

The standard is more forward and attacking. The game is much faster than on the Continent.

Did you have any problems adjusting to living in Scotland?

I found it very hard at first to understand Scots. Now I can tell the difference between Glasgow and Edinburgh. I am now living in Coatbridge.

Which player do you most admire?

I like Andriy Schevchenko and I watch closely the way he plays. I also like the West Ham striker Marlon Harewood and the way he scores goals.

Why did you sign for Cowden?

    Because Mixu wanted me.

Are you enjoying your football at Central Park?

Yes Yes. I am very happy with all the Cowden squad.

What are your ambitions in the game?

To play for a top team. I come from a poor family.

What has been your best moment in football so far?

Playing in the final of the LDV Vans Trophy in 2002 for Cambridge United against Blackpool at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff.

Have you ever played at Hampden?

Not yet. I am really looking forward to playing at Hampden next week.

What has been your worst moment?

Last season when I came off with a shoulder injury against Clyde.

What are our chances of winning the title?

We have a very good team and can win the Championship. After I played against East Stirling last week, I will go for a hat trick tomorrow.

Did you know that some Stenhousemuir fans who had seen you play for Albion Rovers against them had said you were useless and unfit and had bet the Cowden fans that you wouldn't score?

That's good! I have scored and Mixu makes me work very hard.

Will you follow the Ivory Coast team in the World Cup?

Ah yes with Didier Drogba. They will be playing against Argentina, Holland and Serbia-Montenegro.
