    Donald Findlay QC (Chairman) -

    Donald was appointed Club Chairman by the Board in June 2010.

    Under Donald’s leadership, the Club has taken great strides towards in its ambition to become a true community football club.

    Donald, who was born in Cowdenbeath and the grandson of a local miner, is a well-known  and highly-regarded senior advocate and Queen’s Counsel in Scotland.

    Donald is no stranger to the world of football after serving as vice-chairman of Rangers FC for many years during one of the most successful spells in the club’s history.
     

    David Allan (Finance Director) -

    David is a man of many roles - including Club historian and joint-programme editor - but his main responsibility lies with ensuring that the club is run on a financially sound and sustainable basis.

    David, who is Cowdenbeath through and through, bring financial expertise to the Board from his day job as a senior lending manager with Lloyds TSB.

    David also served on the previous board between 2008 and 2010 and is also treasurer of the Supporters’ Club.


    John Cameron (Operations Director) -

    John is responsible for day-to-day operations including managing the busy office on match days.

    John is a long-time Cowden fan and established the original junior supporters club in his youth.

    Appointed by the Supporters’ Action Group in June 2010, John also served on the previous board between 2009 and 2010.

    After almost 40 years service, John retired from telecom giants BT. 
     

    Neil Fentie (Investment Director) -

    Neil was appointed by the Board in September 2010 with a remit to attract investment.

    He has also personally invested with this funding enabling the club to upgrade of the Central Park floodlights – something the club had not been able to progress for some years due to the prohibitive costs involved.

    Neil, who is a long-term friend of Donald Findlay, works in the Oil and Gas industry as the Managing Director of Singapore-based company Subsea Pressure Controls Ltd.

    Subsea Pressure Controls Ltd have been the official shirt sponsors since season 2011/12.
     

    Sandy Ferguson (Director) -

    Sandy is a retired foreign diplomat who returned to his beloved Fife in 2002 after leaving Cowdenbeath as a 16-year old. Sandy spent 50 years abroad including spells in the US, Iraq and Portugal.

    Sandy is the brother of author and Herald columnist Ron Ferguson who wrote Black Diamonds and the Blue Brazil  and Helicopter Dreams.

    Appointed by the Supporters’ Action Group in June 2010, Sandy also served on the previous board between 2008 and 2010.

    Sandy is also vice-chairman of the Supporters’ Club.
     

    Margaret Steven (Governance & Compliance Director) -

    Margaret is a retired solicitor of some note and spent many years serving as a prosecutor fiscal.

    Margaret is responsible for all governance matters and ensuring, along with Club Secretary Alex Anderson, that the club complies with the many rules and regulations

    Another member of the board who is Cowdenbeath-born and bred and a diehard fan of the football club.

    Appointed by the Supporters’ Action Group in June 2010.
     

    Malcolm Slora (Commercial Director) -

    Malcolm is a solicitor-to-trade and and is a senior partner, along with his wife Denise, with Dunfermline-based law firm Thomas Blair & Son.

    Malcolm, who is Cowdenbeath-born and bred, has had the difficult task of developing the commercial section from almost scratch.

    Appointed by the Supporters’ Action Group in June 2010, Malcolm also served on the previous board between 2009 and 2010.

    Malcolm is also chair of the Cowdenbeath Rotary Club.
     

    Tom Ewing - Director

    Tom is a lifelong Cowden supporter and is the nephew of former Cowdenbeath Director Lord Harry Ewing.

    Tom spent 30 years as a Police Officer with Fife Constabulary and retired from the post of Deputy Chief Constable in March 2013.

    He joined the board for the 2013/14 season and has responsibility for the Youth Setup and Community Programme.
