The Blue Brazil finally completed the signing of Arniston Rangers forward Lewis Coult on Friday morning and the 22-year old goes straight into the squad for Saturday's away fixture against Greenock Morton.
Coult is Jimmy Nicholl's made first signing of the 2011 January transfer window and joins up after a nominal fee was agreed with the junior team. The tall forward has been training with the club for over a month and impressed Nicholl as a trialist for the reserves in a 5-1 win against a full strength Clyde side and in a bounce game against St. Mirren.
The 22-year old striker joined Arniston Rangers in the summer and scored 7 goals in 11 starts for the Gorebridge Park side.
Coult started his career as a youth signing with Hearts and has also been on the books of Hamilton Accies, Alloa Athletic (loan), Berwick Rangers and Leith Athletic. He made his senior debut as a 17-year old in the 1st division for the Accies in the Lanarkshire derby vs Airdrie United.
