WALKING FOOTBALL

Every Thursday at 10am, Cowdenbeath Community coach Dean Ewing is hosting Walking Football at the Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre. For anyone over 60 who enjoys football and would like a bit of exercise along with some socialising, come along and enjoy the experience. You can maybe relive your youth a little but at walking pace! Then there’s a cup of tea and a chance to socialise after the final whistle. Why not come along next Thursday?

MEETING WITH SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT

Club Directors met with Joe Fitzpatrick (Minister for Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing), Annabelle Ewing (MSP for Cowdenbeath) and David Hamilton (Strategic Football Lead – Scottish Government) on Wednesday. A good and positive discussion was held as we covered areas such as the club’s position, Club 135 and our Community/Community Trust ambitions.
