Liam Fox's latest signing for the Blue Brazil is 22 year old Fraser Mullen who played in East Fife's League Two championship winning side last season.  Fraser spent two seasons with the Methil club after a short spell with Raith Rovers.  

 

Fraser is a product of the Hearts Academy and represented Scotland at under-17 level.  He played for Hearts in the top flight and subsequently also was with Hibs for a time.

 

Fraser is a defender/midfielder and we welcome him to Central Park as the Cowden squad begins to take shape for the forthcoming campaign.
