We once again face one of the promotion play-off hopefuls when Falkirk visit Central Park on Tuesday night with a 7.45 p.m. kick off.

Their last visit was on the opening day of the season for a 2-2 draw. Twice we lead the game that afternoon with Lewis Milne and Sean Higgins scoring only for Rory Loy and Botti Biabi levelling for the Bairns.

Later in August we visited the Falkirk Stadium for a League Cup tie which ended goal less after 120 minutes with the home side eventually winning 4-3 on penalties.

Our first league visit to the stadium in late October was less enjoyable however as we went down to a 6-0 defeat with Loy, David Smith, Alex Cooper, David McCracken and Will Vaulks getting the goals.

We were then back in Falkirk the following month in the William Hill Scottish Cup and a Craig Sibbald goal separated the sides.

On Saturday the Bairns went down 3-0 at home to champions Hearts in what was their first defeat since November.

The result left them in fifth place in the table four points ahead of Queen of the South who of course beat us 4-1 at Palmerston Park.

Previewer: Andrew Mullen.
