Cowdenbeath Football Club recently completed its first Football Fans in Training (FFiT) Programme which is an exercise and education based 12 week weight loss programme supported by the SPFL Football Trust. Following this highly successful first programme and with support from Cowdenbeath Area Committee, it is intended to run another programme starting early September utilising Lochgelly High School.
