Three second half goals for Dunfermline secured a comfortable win at East End Park for the home side and ended Cowden's recent good form in the Reserve League Cup.

Jordan White gave Dunfermline a half-time lead only for Scott McBride to equalise against his parent club six minutes after the break.

However, three goals in 14 minutes from 1st teamers Stephen Glass, Graeme Holmes and Steven McDougall kept all three points against a very young Cowden side at East End Park.
