MATCH PREVIEW – BERWICK RANGERS
After losing to Dunfermline in the opening round of the Ramsdens Cup last Saturday we once again face lower league opposition in the opening round of the League Cup on Saturday afternoon.
The League 2 side will be a tough hurdle to overcome and were boosted with a 3-2 extra- time win over fellow Championship side Livingston at Shielfield Park last Saturday.
Both Jamie Stevenson and Lewis Milne will be missing for the trip south as they serve suspensions after being sent off against East Fife and Dunfermline respectively while Nat Wedderburn will be a doubt after suffering a shoulder injury against the Pars.
New signing, keeper Grant Adam however will be added to the squad for the game which kicks off at 3 p.m.

Cowden fans will be housed in the north section of the seated main stand with entry via the entrance behind the Black & Gold Bar.

Due to low bookings the Miners Mini Tours bus for Saturday’s game has now been cancelled.
