CitC - Youth Football Matchday Experience

The Cowden in the Community Matchday Experience, in partnership with Cowdenbeath FC, is an opportunity for local youth football teams to experience what match day is like for a SPFL football club. For a small donation of only 50, 18 players from your team along with 2 coaches* can attend a home game at Central Park and undertake the routine of a professional football player on a matchday, leading up to them stepping foot on the pitch.

The itininary for your team's match day experience will look something like this :

1pm - Arrive at Central Park

1.15pm - Tour of the stadium including the the kit room, tunnel area, dressing rooms and pitch

1.25pm - Pictures of Bluebell The Cow (Cowdenbeath FC mascot)

1.30pm - Q&A with manager Maurice Ross or in his absence, a coach or player

1.45pm - 45 minutes training or game at Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre outdoor pitch

2.30pm - Arrive back at Central Park, where your team will have reserved seating in the stand

3pm - The main event - kick off

3.45pm - Half time tannoy anouncement to your team

4.45pm - Following the game, an SPFL match ball will be presented to your club (this can be signed by the players on request)

* A maximum of 18 kids + 2 coaches are admitted to game as part of the package but additional parents/coaches are entitled to half price entry to the game (must arrive with the booking party). Please enquire at time of booking.
